The World We Live In
You said it perfectly. God may not always answer us how we want but he'll answer us.
I've met many people who think predestination is a fact, but I can't see things that way. If we have no control, and your god plans out your entire life for you before you're born, what's the point in living life at all? I think our ability to choose our own path and on some level control our destiny is part of the human experience that it's a shame to miss out on.
I guess a belief that your entire life is planned out ahead of time helps keep the pressure off, which would help you live life without being to stressed out. Might also help keep you humble, to think of everything you accomplish as someone elses doing.
Life has been planned for you , thats what i thought .We just go and make choices , some we feel that are bad choices , but in the long run happens to give good results .
Its not just you , but most of us if we go back and take a look at our life would realise this , atleast i do .. even now..
Thanks for writing this gr8 post
Regards
Sudeep
I do agree with you somewhat. True how can you have fun in life knowing everything that happens is predestined. I guess I should clarify what I meant by saying that I feel God has a map already laid out for us. There are all kinds of paths we can take. He knows which one is the best one for us, but as you said it's up to US to choose which path to go. It may not be the one we are supposed to go down either. But yeah I agree with ya there.
@Sudeep
Sometimes to get from point A to B you have to take points A.1-A.200 to get to point B, but eventually you'll end up there.
Yeah I've got one divorce under my belt. Don't plan on anymore. :) I finally found someone that makes me smile all the time and shares my passion for love and life. :)
Oh but to disagree. That inner strength is GOD's hand my friend.
